About FRC

About First Robotics Competition

FRC (FIRST Robotics Competition) is an international competition for middle and high school students and mentors interested in STEM. Every year, teenagers from all over the world are challenged to build a robot in six weeks to compete in a competition testing the teams' and their robots' skills. The teams learn skills such as engineering, coding, CADing, and electronics.

Each year, the competition and robot fields are themed. This year's theme is Charged  Up.

Alliances race to place the cone and cube game pieces on their designated "node" or post to create links. Then in a race against time manage to dock or engage their charge station.

Good luck to all teams out there!
